Elgg 1.8.6 Released

The 1.8.6 version of Elgg is ready for downloading. We fixed over 40 issues including:

• Added support for detecting docx, xlsx, and pptx files.
• Language caching conflict with plugin activate scripts.
• Fixed a recursive entity enabling bug.
